No responsibility or liability on the part of CAL extends to any third party that may place reliance on such accreditation in any respect.
Third-Party ConsultantsContractor Accreditation Limited (CAL) is an independent accreditation body.
From time to time, contractors may choose to engage consultants, advisors, or other third parties to assist with the preparation of accreditation applications, renewals, or supporting documentation.
CAL is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any consultant or consultancy business unless expressly stated otherwise by CAL.
The engagement of a consultant does not influence accreditation outcomes. All applications are assessed in accordance with CAL's accreditation requirements, policies, and procedures.
Contractors are not required to engage a consultant to obtain or maintain CAL accreditation. CAL provides direct assistance and guidance to applicants and accredited contractors.
Third-party consultants must not represent that they are endorsed by, affiliated with, acting on behalf of, or authorised to represent Contractor Accreditation Limited (CAL) unless expressly authorised in writing by CAL. Any statements, marketing materials, website content, testimonials, or representations made by third-party consultants regarding CAL accreditation services are the responsibility of the consultant and do not necessarily reflect the views of CAL.
